Dashboard is the page where the user lands after login, so it needs to provides you with the overall view and information of your site.This helps the user to know the updates and overall progress of the site.To meet all such expectations of the user Freightalia provides you with a dashboard that provides you with all the information , progress statistics and as well as direct links to key functionalities.

The above image will give you an overall view on how your dashboard will look.
Listed below are the different sections of the dashboard-

  1. Let’s get started – The top most section of the page that will show you three easy steps to start with freightalia.
    • Company Details – The first step is to complete your company details.
    • Customize Client’s Portal –  Customize the user interface of your clients portal from the UI customization page.
    • Send a Test Quote – By sending yourself a sample quote you can quickly preview all the information that will send to your clients with the quote .
  2. Freight Tariffs – This section displays all the valid freight rates available for each freight type.It also provides a direct link to add the freight charges.
  3. Your Clients – This section displays the total number of active and inactive user on your client portal.It also provides you with a link to add a client.
  4. Local Charges – This section displays all total number local charges on import as well as on export.
  5. Agents Connected – This section displays the total number of agents available on the system.This also provides a direct link for adding an agent.
  6. Transport Charges – This section displays the total number of transport charge on import as well as export.
  7. Quotation History – Here the total number of quotations searched as well as quotations booked are displayed in a graphical format on daily basis,monthly or yearly basis according to your selection.
  8. Recent Activity- This section is for displaying the log of your recent activities done on the site.For example when the client logs in , quotation viewed, quotation saved  ,quotation searched etc.
  9. Your Current Plan – This section provides you with your current plan details along with the total number of active users on that plan.It also provides you with the link to view all available plans.
  10. Quotations Worldwide-  This section displays the list of number of quotations searched as well as booked country wise.
