Non Stackable in LCL Seafreight, Rail LCL and Airfreight

Non Stackable feature is used for calculating charges for those items which have freight height less than that of set in admin for non stackable pallets, when client checks non-stackable checkbox while searching quote.
If user checks non-stackable checkbox then we consider height from global setting as Freight Forwarder defined in admin.
